If you'd like to return an international order, you'll need to arrange the return yourself using a local courier or postal service. You won't be able to do this through the returns portal onsite.

Before sending your parcel, please include your SO order number inside the package and use it as the shipping reference on the outside of the parcel. This helps us identify your return as quickly as possible once it arrives. Your SO order number can be found on your confirmation email.

Once you've sent your return

Please keep a copy of your proof of postage and tracking number and share this with us, alongside your tracking number and any relevant details, and we will process your refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return reaches us, please allow up to 21 days for your refund to be processed.

Please note, the original shipping fees and duties & taxes are non-refundable.

Late returns

Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Hush and may be returned back to the customer or may only be refunded as gift voucher.
