We use Evri as our primary courier. Please note that all delivery estimates are based on working days only and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Next Day Delivery Cut-Off Times

For next day delivery services, orders must be placed before 8pm, Monday to Friday.

A few things to be aware of:

  • Orders placed after 8pm on Friday and before 12pm on Sunday will be delivered on the following Monday.
  • On bank holidays, orders must be placed before 1pm to arrive on the next working day.
  • Orders placed after the relevant cut-off time will arrive within 2 working days.

From time to time, delivery cut-off times may change. If this happens, the latest information will always be shown at checkout.

Click & Collect

Want to collect your order at a time that suits you? We offer Click & Collect through selected Evri ParcelShop locations across the UK.

Simply select an eligible Evri ParcelShop at checkout and we'll deliver your order there for collection.

Do you offer locker delivery?

At the moment, we don't offer delivery to parcel lockers.

If you'd prefer not to have your order delivered to your home address, an Evri ParcelShop is the best alternative.

Can I nominate a delivery date or time?

At the moment, we're unable to offer a service that allows customers to choose a specific delivery date or delivery time slot.

Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partners may offer additional delivery preferences through their tracking portal, such as leaving your parcel in a safe place or with a neighbour, depending on the service selected.
