Full-price items can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order and sale items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return fee
A £1.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of return postage.
Conditions of return
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with any tags attached
We can't accept returns on:
- Earrings
- Underwear
- Perishable items
- Personalised or customised items
- Gift cards, e-gift cards and gift vouchers
