How do I track my delivery?
Keeping an eye on your parcel? We’ll send you email updates throughout its journey, so you’ll know exactly where it is every step of the way.
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view the latest delivery updates and estimated arrival information.
You can also track your order at any time using our Order Tracking Portal. Just have your email address and order number ready.

I won't be in when my order is due to be delivered
Don't worry. Once your order has been dispatched, our delivery partners offer a range of delivery options to help you manage your parcel if you're not going to be home.
Using the tracking link sent by email, you will be able to:
- Choose a different delivery day
- Redirect your parcel
- Nominate a safe place
- Ask for your parcel to be left with a preferred neighbour
Available options can vary depending on the courier and delivery service selected.
