What information do I need to provide?
To help us verify your identity and protect your personal information, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address linked to your account
- Your shipping address
- Any previous order numbers you have available
We may need to request additional information if required to confirm your identity.
How long does it take?
Once your request has been received and your identity has been verified, the account deletion process can take up to 30 days to complete.
Before you request deletion
Please be aware that once your account and personal details have been removed from our systems, we may no longer be able to assist with queries relating to previous orders. For this reason, we recommend resolving any outstanding order, return or refund queries before requesting account deletion.
